Reminder: FIFA 12: Euro 2012 out tomorrow

For the first time ever EA have opted to release an add-on pack instead of a standalone title for the European Football Championships, this time taking place in Poland and Ukraine. Priced at 1800MS Points, around £15, the Euro 2012 addd-on will be available from tomorrow morning.

The add-on will allow gamers to compete within the Euro 2012 campaign including qualifying through to the final. All 53 Uefa-member teams will be available for selection as well as being able to play in all eight official stadiums.

There's also a new game mode available. Called Expedition Mode players can create their own team and compete against other European nations. You can also import your virtual pro into this mode which should be pretty decent.

For once I think EA have got it right! Euro and world cup games whilst popular during the tournament soon lose their appeal and are left gathering dust on shelves. I would much rather buy an add on than a standalone!

WARNING,
although this may seem like a bargain it's really not, it's just FIFA 12 with the euro 2012 logo, ticker tape and that's about it. Didn't think I'll get ripped off again by EA but I have, my head would be in my hands right know if I wasn't writing this. Spend your ms points on trials evolution or a sale price of 800 points for NBA jam on fire, or both for just a little more.

I hope this helps guys, don't fall in the EA trap of doooom ;)
