Microsoft dishing out free Avatar items

If you have been paying attention throughout the recent Xbox Live House Party promotion, you may have noticed that five digit codes were appearing under the Game Marketplace section on the Xbox Live dashboard after playing the game trials and/or full games of the Xbox Live Arcade titles released throughout March. This includes: Toy Soldiers, Scrap Metal, Perfect Dark and today’s release: Game Room.

Once gamers have gathered all five five-digit codes (two of which are obtained from Game Room), players simply redeem the code in the usual fashion to unlock a ‘Grill Prop’ for their Avatars to use. However, with the code being non-unique, to save you the trouble of downloading and playing each title, here’s the code:

Grill Prop: 9XBX9-9RCD9-9BCK9-9PRTY-9RCKZ

Microsoft are running a similar promotion on their search engine: Bing, with users entering the phrase: “xbox avatar bing shirt” into the search engine to receive a code for a Bing shirt for your Avatar. Like before, here’s the code to save you the trouble:

Male Shirt: PHT9P-KXR4Y-BB6BY-VFMPD-THT4T
Female Shirt: VFH6P-9FJKK-KKP9G-H4DRH-WTCFM

All the codes can be redeemed on Xbox.com or from the Xbox 360 console itself. Who says we never treat you eh?
