As much as I love the game, no achievements means no purchase for me. There are too many other great games that deserve my attention.

It really takes away from the game when acheivements are not combined in the DLC. So for me this went from a must buy to I'll spend my money on something else.

I bought the DLC but the lack of gamerscore really hurts! It will probboly hurt sales to! I meanby the reviews for this DLC it's not great Achviments would have helped with sales

Y is their so much about gamer score?! You should be happy that their dlc . If you love video games , the gamer score would not matter.

I agree with #11 you should be satisfied with the game not the acheivements itself it seems like gaming has just become all about bragging rights and acheivement

To number 12.. No ***** Sherlock video games have always been about who's better than who! Gamer score is just one more way to compete with friends plus it makes you do side quest or what not that you might not have done if there was no reward that comes along with it

I have to say that's a bit dissapointing seen as it's such a good game but really it won't matter if u like the game then u probaly will get this

I wish companies would quit making games with achievements. I mean really people, you will pass up playing a good game or DLC if there aren't achievements. If that's the case then you guys are not gamers and could care less about a gaming. I know your type, playing crap games and kids games just to boost your gamerscore. It's pathetic. To the guy trying to defend this by mentioning side quests etc, if people like the game then they will play all of it again and again. Look at MW2 for example, there are no multiplayer achievements but right now that is what everyone is playing because they enjoy it. There are games I have 100% completion for them and I still play them because I enjoy the story and gameplay. Gaming isn't about who has a higher gamerscore it's about takinng you into the game world and enjoying it. For you achievement hunters out there, go find another hobby.

To #15 I enjoy mw2 but think of this if there were no leaderboards I gurantee one third of the people playing would quit leaderboards= achievements I agree though too many achievement whores. Just like the guy I saw online with a 400,000 + gamerscore dude must have no life

Leaderboards is not the reason why people play, maybe for some but very few. Friends like to join up with their friends and just play the game and talk trash etc. They play because they enjoy the game. Taking away leaderboards would not make anyone stop playing the game. Also, when they release more map packs there probably won't be any achievements unless they added more spec ops, but millions will still buy the DLC if it didn't have achievements because it's a blast to play online. The only ones that wouldn't download it are the achievement whores out there. They will be busy buying kid games to keep boosting their gamerscore.

@#13 No offence but your not a real gamer if you feel that way. Gaming used to never be about who was better or whatever, however people like you have turned gaming into that. Gaming used to be about having fun it wasn't " dude the only reason I am playing this is because I need one more acheivement" I have been gaming since I could walk and gaming was never about any of that stuff.
