 EA are doing everything they can to tap into the casual market, a bit like what the Xbox 360 is doing at the moment. Well one of the steps in reaching out to this market is to release more casual games for the casual player. I hereby announce 3 on 3 NHL Arcade (name to be confirmed).

3 on 3 NHL will be available through a 'simple digital download' (LIVE Arcade or PSN Store) and according to EA Sports VP Dave McCarthy 'perfect for sports fans who want to experience the thrill of NHL hockey at a great value without worrying about the rules of the sport'.

He then when onto saying 'Accessibility is really important. We have worked to make sure that come February, 3 on 3 NHL Arcade is a lot of fun for players of all skill levels'

The fun game will be priced as following. LIVE at 800 MS Points and PSN at $9.99 (around £6.99).

I for one will be downloading this fun looking game, will you when it becomes available in February? More details will emerge soon.

Looks like i will have to get some microsoft points for febuary, because this looks like a lot of fun.
