Bizarre Wanted Geo Wars to be free

Those of you planning on buying the new 512MB 360 Memory Card will be getting Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved for free. But it turns out that Bizarre Creations wanted the game to be free all along!

In an interview with IGN, Bizarre's Community and Web lead Ben Ward stated that the developer wanted to be a "a gift to hardcore gamers". However, the game was released at the lowest price for an XBLA game, 400 Points.

And what a game it is too. The PC version is not as good though. Playing with keyboard and mouse is weird.

and they didn't say who made them charge for it....I smell lies.....just trying to stop people who paid for it from whinging now that it can be had for free on the Mem Card.

U can playit with the xbox 360 pad on the PC :) Beneficts of vista :) and the game will be soon taken down the prices on the Live Arcade... to get more useres and more players online .... its a good strategy to get nunbers to show to their rivals (SONY/NINTENDO)
