Xbox One October update rolled out to all users

Microsoft has rolled out a new update for the Xbox One.

In a post on Xbox Wire, Microsoft said: “We’re excited to roll out updated features this month that take advantage on the multitasking capabilities of Xbox One and connect with your friends in better ways than before thanks to your feedback.“

The October update provides a number of improvements for the console, including new Snap and Friend functions, a Live TV MiniGuideand support for DLNA and MKV. A full list of the new additions and fixes can be found on the Xbox Wire website.

Microsoft added: “Thanks for all your feedback on ways to make Xbox One the best place for your gaming and entertainment. We have more planned for next month so stay tuned for details!”
