World in Conflict Slips to 2008

Sierra Entertainment confirmed today that the Xbox 360 edition of World in Conflict, the award-winning action-strategy game developed by Massive Entertainment, will now ship in 2008. The game’s original ship date was targeted for Fall 2007.

World in Conflict for the personal computer is now available at retail outlets worldwide. The PC game has been met with worldwide critical success, with reviews from around the world averaging more than 92%. World in Conflict for PC has been called “…the best PC game of the year, so far,” by GameSpot.com while IGN PC says “Whether you’re a strategy fan or not, you’d be silly not to take a look at WIC.”
