Not often we here the word ‘free’ and Xbox 360 marketplace, just ask Jonathan Blow.

However for a limited time only, Activision are offering two free Bruce Spingsteen songs for Guitar Hero World Tour, presumably thanks to some of that profit they made on the last game.

The tracks are the 1975 classic ‘Born to Run’ and new song ‘My Lucky Day’. The bad news is that they won’t be out until the 27th January. The songs will celebrate the launch of Bruce’s new album called Working on a Dream.

In other bad news, the two tracks will only be free until the 5th February, so you best be quick. After that it’ll cost 320 MS Points (£2.70) with PS3 pricing to be announced.
