Titanfall patch released to combat launch issues

Respawn has released aTitanfallpatch designed to combat “early issues” on PC and Xbox One.

“We’ve just pushed a patch that’s now recovering servers quickly,” the studiosaidon Tuesday morning. “Players will load into Private Lobbies much faster and we’re continuing to monitor. Thanks for sticking with us on launch night, we appreciate your support!”

Respawn’s debut game is now available on PC and Xbox One in North America ahead of itsrollout in other regionsthroughout the rest of the week. The Xbox 360Titanfall release dateis March 25 in the US and March 28 in Europe.

Respawn co-founder and Call of Duty co-creator Vince Zampella said on Tuesday: “Creating Titanfall has really been an incredible journey for our team at Respawn and we’re excited to be able to finally get the game we’ve been making into everyone’s hands. We’re a small, tight-knit team, and I’m proud to have come together with them over these last few years to create something that we think pushes the boundaries and is above all else fun.”
