For anyone who can tear themselves away from Gears of War for a few moments, Atari and Eden have released a new auto-update and downloadable package of six new cars for Test Drive Unlimited. The auto-update will, as always, update the game when you’re connected to Xbox Live and boot up the game. It fixes a few bugs (e.g. the save corruption one that some people were having) and also re-opens up the Trade feature in the game.
The new downloadable package, called “Test Drive Collection – Volume 1”, includes the Chevrolet Corvette C1 1957, the RUF RGT, the Koenigsegg CCR, the Noble M400, the Corvette C6 Convertible, the Ferrari 250 GTO 1962 and the Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Edition. The price for these new cars? Just 350 of your MSP (that’s around £3 in old money). You still have to buy each car from their respective dealer within the game.
For those of you a little short on MSP, the the Chevrolet Corvette C1 1957, from the above package and the Lexus IS 350 are available to download for free. Again, they must be purchased from their dealer’s within the game.
