A Multi-Player demo is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Weighing in at 985MB, the MP demo contains two gameplay modes (Adversarial: Attack & Defend and Co-op: Terrorist Hunt) and one map (Calypso Casino). Adversarial modes will hold up to 16 players and Co-op modes will hold up two four players on Xbox Live or System Link.

Developed by Ubisoft’s Montreal studios, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six makes its next-generation hardware debut in the most dramatic instalment of the renowned first-person shooter franchise to date. Rainbow operatives take to the chaotic streets of Las Vegas as an escalating terrorist siege in “Sin City” threatens to take world terrorism to new, uncontrollable heights. The future of global security hangs in the balance as you battle to defend classic Vegas locations and environments like Fremont Street, the Strip and casinos. Experience Las Vegas like never before – through revolutionary next generation technology as you work against the clock to protect one of the world’s most recognizable cities from utter devastation.

To accompany this, we have a new streaming trailer showing the Vertigo Tower map and some screenshots which can be found over in our media area for the game.

Vertigo Level Description

After infiltrating the top of the Tower, Team Rainbow must rescue a Scientist that the Secretary of Defence wants alive no matter what. Once rescued, the Scientist informs Rainbow that they’ve used him to rig a Weapon of Mass destruction in the Tower, a Micro-Pulse Bomb, and it’s set to detonate at any second.
