After a previous mix up, it seems R-Type Dimensions will be receiving a worldwide release of ‘February’, according to IGN.
“…the HD revival of the classic 2D shooter series, has been confirmed for a global release and is expected to land on Xbox Live Arcade later this month.”
Originally announced at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show, R-Type is a HD version of classic R-Type I & II versions. The game will also include off and online LIVE co-op. A title worth taking a look at.
UPDATE: We have a date! The 4th of February will be the official release of R-Type Dimensions and the price will be a whopping 1200 MS Points.
