After weeks of rumours and speculation, the PS4 has been given an official price cut in the UK and Europe.

The 500GB PS4 console can now be purchased from retailers for £299, representing a saving of £50 on the previous asking price.

It’s even cheaper on Amazon, costing just £284.99 without any bundled games.

And speaking of bundles, fans can also save money on packs including the likes of Batman: Arkham Knight, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain and Destiny: The Taken King.
