Nintendo has launched a new channel in Japan that will allow gamers to upload and print photos using the Wii. Run by Fujifilm the service requires you to transfer images from a memory card to the console using the SD slot.

When uploaded you can order individual prints or albums, plus name cards that include your ugly mutt or a Mii face on. Themed templates will also feature including one based around the Super Mario series.

Fuji are responsible for payment, production and delivery and accept credit cards only and not Wii Points as a form of payment.

The service is due to be launched worldwide, however Nintendo haven’t given us an indication at this point.
