Nintendo UK Updates Wii Release Schedule

Nintendo UK Updates Wii Release Schedule

Published On June 24, 2008 | By Marty Greenwell | News

Nintendo UK has updated its Wii release schedule for the next few months of 2008, and it’s quite a sizeable list.

Yet whilst the list is fairly lengthy, there doesn’t appear to be many stand out titles in there, apart from perhaps Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Wario Land: The Shake Dimension and Samba De Amigo. Fighter fans will be pleased that the 27th July finally sees the release of Super Smash Bros. Brawl across Europe, having already landed in the US in March and even earlier in Japan.

Perhaps best of all, there can be few people not fired up by the imminent release of Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour. No really.

About The Author

Marty has been gaming since the heady years of the ZX-81 and still owns most of the gaming systems purchased since those days, including the Atari 2600, ZX Spectrum, SNES, Jaguar, Dreamcast and GameCube. Being a collection junkie (or more accurately, hoarder), he buys more games than he can possibly play, far too many of which are still sealed in their packaging. Marty favours RPGs and Driving games when it comes to genres, and is possibly a little bit too addicted to Disgaea. When not gaming he’s out frightening OAPs on his motorcycle, clad in black leather.
