More new content for Oblivion coming our way

More new content for Oblivion coming our way

Bethesda have revealed that we can expect more Oblivion content which will be appearing on the Marketplace in the coming weeks.

Unlike the download which was recently released on the Marketplace which allowed you to pimp up your horse, these downloads will add an extra quest and a new building.

One of the quests ‘Rebuild the Orrery’ will require you to fix up a broken celestial-tracking machine called ‘the Orrey’. This is the device that is locked behind a door in the Arcane University lobby. When you have rebuilt the machine you will gain access to special powers based on lunar cycles.

The second download will add a new tower called ‘Frostcrag Spire’. This is a wizard’s tower and if you are a Mage you will be able to grow herbs, create spells and learn to summon atronachs. While no one is sure how much this is all going to cost us, many people are guessing they will be around 200 Microsoft Points each. So it is nice to see new content being released so soon.

Will you be purchasing the content or are you still trying to close one of the gates to Oblivion?
