Microsoft is offering those who forked out for the cheaper console bundles including Core and Arcade packs, a way of updating them to enjoy the full experience offered by the New Xbox Experience.

The Xbox Storage Upgrade website will ask for a console serial and ID number and depending on what configuration you have will offer you a variety of methods for a low cost or even free.

You can buy a low cost 20GB hard drive for £12.99 or get a free 512MB memory card if you have no storage or just the 64MB memory card. If you haven’t got Xbox Live you can get a 20GB HDD and three months of Xbox Live for just £19.99.

If you have the more recent Arcade bundle then you can get a 20GB HDD for £12.99 or those who aren’t online and haven’t being for 12 months can get Xbox Live for three months and a 20GB HDD for £19.99.

The Premium and Elite 360 consoles are not supported by the incentives. The New Xbox Experience goes live on the 19th November.
