We’re used to Microsoft giving us the chance to “Game with Fame”, but nothing quite on this scale. This Friday (February 9th), Microsoft is throwing the ultimate Xbox Live Party! At a secret location in London, US hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes will be joined by up-and-coming British acts like Lady Sovereign, Dizzee Rascal & Plan B for a very exclusive gig.

But that’s not all, gamers from around the world will be able to take on a number of celebrities during the event from 8pm to 11pm in games such as Project Gotham Racing 3 and Gears of War. You’ll not only be able to chat and game with your favourite stars, you’ll able be able to see them thanks to the wonder that is the Xbox Live Vision Camera. Celebrities who will be playing include:

  • Busta Rhymes
  • Singer/Songwriter James Morrison
  • Dizzee Rascal
  • Ex-Blue member Simon Webbe
  • Lady Sovereign
  • Plan B
  • Arsenal and England wonderkid Theo Walcott
  • Street Magician Dynamo (who you may know from Soccer AM’s All Sports Show)
  • Leo “The Lion” Ihenacho of Celebrity Love Island fame
  • Ex-Mis-teeq member Sabrina Washington
  • Radio 1 DJ Reggie Yates
  • Iain “Is it Ghostbusters 2?” Lee

To be in with a chance of playing against one of the celebs, you need to email your Name, Age, Nationality and Gamertag to [email protected] remembering to write the name of the celeb you want to take on in the subject line.

But it doesn’t end there just yet. Microsoft are encouraging gamers to host their own Xbox Live Party’s and Microsoft will be giving away Live Vision camera’s to the party’s that send in the best pics of the night. Just make sure you sign into Xbox Live from 5pm GMT on Friday.
