Stainless games, which partnered with Wizards of the Coast back in December, will be making an Xbox Live Arcade game based on the card game Magic: The Gathering. This was announced by WoTC on Monday, February 18. Jared Gustafson, Brand Director for Magic: The Gathering at Wizards of the Coast said this regarding Magic coming to XBLA.

“We’re excited to bring the Magic brand to new platforms and give our fans new ways to experience this great property.”

At this time it is not known whether the game will be a card game or a recreation of Magic: The Gathering-Battlegrounds which debuted in 2003 on the Xbox.
