Ken Levine to receive Lifetime Achievement award at Golden Joysticks

Irrational Games co-founder Ken Levine will be presented a special Lifetime Achievement award at the 2013 Golden Joysticks on Friday.

For the first time in its 31 year history, the Golden Joystick Awards will honour an individual for their lifetime’s work by celebrating Levine’s accomplishments ranging from 1999’s System Shock 2 to 2013’sBioShock Infinite.

Recognised as one of pioneers in gaming narratives, Levine has worked on many of the highest rated games of all time, including the five-million-unit-selling BioShock.
