Gears of War: Ultimate Edition beta testers rack up over 41 million kills

Gamers racked up over 41 million kills during the 8-day long Gears of War: Ultimate Edition beta, The Coalition has confirmed.

Posting on the game’s official Twitter, the studio unveiled the stats following the beta coming to an end earlier this week. The full statistics are as follows:

  • 41.2 million kills
  • 1,645,782 chainsaw kills
  • 5,920,710 executions performed
  • 1,725,586 curb stomps performed
  • 145,580 frag tag deaths
  • 1,097,614 matches played
  • 120 total years played
  • 66 different countries
  • 786,415 unique users

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition was unveiled during Microsoft’s E3 2015 press conference.

The remaster will launch on the Xbox One on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015.
