Gamefly Testing Trade-Ins

Gamefly Testing Trade-Ins, Giving Back to the Community

Get ready to earn some money Gamefly members. Today is your lucky day…if you got into the beta for Gamefly’s new trade-in program. If not, don’t worry, you’ll get your chance.

How’s it all work? I, the new guy, got to test it out today and I have to say it’s very, very simple. You could have your mother do it, and I know you will. Just print up their packaging slip and send it off. Sure, you’ll have to pay for shipping, but you may actually earn some money. I sent out Rampage: Total Destruction for the PS2 and made a cool $8.28. On a last gen game, one that got an average score of 51 on metacritic, no less.

The beta is for long-time members like yours truly, but don’t fret. If you don’t want to sit and wait, there’s other, similar programs you can sign up for right away like Goozex.com. Sure, they use a point system and it’s all trading between people…ok, it isn’t that bad. Get a hold of yourself! Sell it on amazon if you’re in such a big rush!

If you do it on Craigslist, just be careful. Those guys are scary.
