Halo Week is here, with both the Beta Launching and Halo 2 for Vista coming this Friday. Bungie are going to grabbing all the attention and have everyone talking about it. So instead of pretending we don't give a ----, won't don't we fall to temptation and have a Get Together?

I was personally thinking of replacing the R6V get together (this week only ) and giving Halo 2 a spin and then jumping on for some Beta glitching action?

I'll let you decide, I'm only throwing it out there

If you can't join the Halo 3 Beta, you can give Halo 2 a spin (assuming you have it) plus you should be able to pick it up cheap otherwise.

As for the H3 Beta you considered renting it from an Online Rental Company? Get it now and keep it for the month or try picking up a Pre-Owned copy.

Any online rental sites where i dont need to put in my credit card to sign up and a get a free trial?

I will pass on the Halo 2ness. Too many glitchers play. Arrange a day and time and I should be there. Unless something amazing happens and I have plans in real life.

Joking, use the Search function there's been a rake of posts on Online Rental stores and special offers on them before.

Well I was thinking we would be playing against each other, so the Glitching, MOdding and all that wouldn't be an issue.

Halo 2 multiplayer is ----. No one on here can be trusted not to glitch. Most halo 2 players will glitch because they have to to survive. I don't blame them, I blame Bungie for not being able to patch it.

By glitching I mean BXR, doubleshot etc.

Well I never really played it and when I did it was between friends, so I don't know any of the glitches in the Game.

But yea if you don't want to play or anyone else for that matter don't worry about it as the Halo 3 Beta will be what everyone will want to Play (I assume). I just thought it would be a nice touch to give it a spin before we play H3.

Halo 2 or 3 is fine by me. There aren't really loads of glitchers, only superjumps can be annoying but they're not always too helpful - its just something you get used to.

Because that's a real street in Yoker/Clydebank.

Clydebank..Yoker..Why can't we have street names like that? Instead we get " Anaheim avenue", "Disney way" and " Anaheim avenue, the one with the KFC".

BXR, Doubleshot, Superjump.....well I won't be doing any of that as I've no idea what the hell you're on about!

I may jump in for some Halo 2 action but I'll be laughably bad i'm sure.

ill definitly be up 4 some halo playage. that'll be my main game for a while.

See after talking to some individuals it appears as if those who get the Halo 2 Vista Game can't play those on the Xbox 360, I wasn't aware of this.

So it may just end up being solely Halo 3, sorry!

Obviously if you have Halo 2 on the Xbox/Xbox 360 feel free to sort that out prior but I don't think I'll be able to do it if that's the case. Halo 2 for Vista was my going to be my replacement for my Xbox copy that got borrowed and never returned.

i get issues with " ewaiting for all players to load the map" playing halo2 on my 360, always have.

Lol bxr and double shoting are not glitches, there just button combo's which make for fast killing.

Yeh they were meant to be in... because thats what FPS are now... button mashing games...

They are glitches, end of.

Well its not how the game is supposed to be played. So yeh there is. If Halo 2 wasn't glitched I wouldnt be pissed as I got killed for 1000 time. I could accept it.

This is why Halo 3 is going to be so fun. I actually have a chance now.

BxR's were the ---- once you mastered them
doubleshots are good however i couldnt ever do them
i only managed it in game once and it was kick ass
its pretty hard to have beta get togethers seeing as though we'd need a maximum party of 8 and then we can only play training playlists.
would still be fun though
