Ranking..

Steve could you show us what your posting rankings are? and also the reputation ranks as well if you would as well as benifits of them both.

Yes I was wondering what they are yesterday so I too would like to know.

More interesting to wait and see what comes up

I don't know about the reputation ranking...people only put down reputation if the person is evil...like XBL...barely anyone puts down positive feedback...they only put negative feedback when something bad happens...

You get to Lvl.3 when you get 100 posts. Lvl.2 is obvioulsly 30, knowone has got past it yet...

For rep, you get an extra green segment thingy when you rep gets to 100. And you get to Friendly Level 20 when you get I think 50 rep points

Or thats what i've found out so far...

I'll be the first to get to lvl. 4 Monster! seeing as how everyone else with more posts than me is an admin or staff member and have their own 'special' ranking..

I hope the rankings dont go off into the lvl. 97686756396 Monster range...that would be just...boring...

I'm guessing it goes up to 10, when you reach about 20,000 posts or something.

I don't know the exact scale whatsoever, but I'll take a guess at 250 = Level 4, 500 = Level 5, 1,000 = Level 6, 2,500 = Level 7, 5,000 = Level 8, 10,000 = Level 9, 20,000 = Level 10.

50,000 can be God or something.


Of course, this is probably total crud, but that's how it should be, because my way of thinking = the best.

20000 posts would take around 4.5 years of an average 12 posts per day for me....

Yeah, currently it would take a while, but as the site grows there's going to be more people, and therefore more posts to reply to. So your average should rise in time.

Also, if the site aims to be active for years to come, then they have to set targets which can take years to get to.
