Physics can be done on all consoles. Nothing special in that video.

Jam man taking all the credit for this post lol, it was me that told him to click on it when i was in his house yesterday, lol, nah the physics do look pretty good, especially when the oil spills but there not that far on from half life 2's physics and for those of you that haven't played half life 2 hears a little physics demo. http://www.thatvideosite.com/view/295.html

but even this video doesn't do half life's physics justice

Those vids didn't look anything spectakular to me. Looked like xbox quality - except the oil in the 1st clip that was impressive

That isn't really a PS3 showcase...it's a showcase for the Ageia PhysX engine...so the demo will basically be the same for any platform that can run the PhysX middleware, which the 360 can. Ageia provided the physics for GRAW but dunno if it was PhysX they used.

How can you say those physics are XBOX quality? Even a top of the range PC without a PPU would grind to a halt trying to calculate all that.

The HL2 video knocking over a few things can't compare on any scale to what was shown in the PhysX video.

That was an incredible demonstration of just what a PhysX card can do.

I think that there is too many fanboys commenting on it! Them physics are awesome. It wasnt really a grpahics demo but what a physics thing on ps3 could do! And it did it spectacurlarly!
