Anyone selling there Xbox?

Anyone here selling there Xbox when the get there 360 or are you boxing it back up just in case?

I'm gonna chuck mine out a window. It broke on me. Now all I have is PC untill 360 comes. Already have enough money though.

No dice, Jimmy! I'm gonna keep mine for illegal modding purposes, besides it's not like I'm gonna get much for it..I'll be lucky if I get AU$50 for it from EB

I sold my Xbox back in May. I sort of feel dumb at times for doing it, but oh well.

I only got 20 bucks for it because it only read one game, Halo 2. Sometimes I wish I could just go back in time........although I probably would of been addicted to Halo 2 all summer which would be sad.

Could always use it as a door stop
I might give mine to my nephew or con a mate by selling it for £50 GBP

Mine is a special edition Mt.Dew one so I hope to get a hundred or so on Ebay.

I probably won't sell it.

I never end up selling my old games or consoles. Except for my N64 and games, but only cuz I really wanted a Dreamcast (best system ever made).

I sold my n64 so that I could get an xbox...mind you I didnt get much for it...EB had this deal where you trade in 10 n64 and/or psx games and you save $100 on the xbox...which added up to about AU$300, then I sold my n64 for about $30 and the rest I payed outta pocket...

THIS time however, I think I'll keep the xbox for a while...cuz it IS essentially a computer...maybe I'll mod it so that I can use it as a DVD recorded or somethin'

Ill be keeping mine as i do with my other consoles incase i feel like breaking it out at some point.

A mate of mine is trading in his xbox and two games (any two games mind you) at Game (UK games store for the international readers out there) for £70 off an Xbox360. Im not sure if thats good deal not having one myself but he seems happy about it, with £20 deposit (or something) its made the 360 premium pack around £189. Not bad in my eyes and helps get rid of what could be a DustBox once a 360 is in your room.

I thought it was Gamestation who was doing that, not Game

Yeh i think gamestation gives you £50 for a xbox i sold my Playstation 2 the other day for £150 so if i can get £50 for ma xbox then that will be 200 of the 360

May sell/give to bro so he can sell his as his is older

Or just keep it

Im trading in my PS2 at Gamesation, get a credit note, buy some 360 games with it

The intetion is I will be selling my XBOX to get a 360, yes. Whether I find a buyer or not - that's another question.

Chances are they will. I would suggest selling your XBOX before the 360 is released.

You shouldnt really sell it because right now...only Halo 1 and Halo 2 are the only BC games for the 360

MS said they'll have a list of all the BC games next week I think. In an interview last week somewhere they said within the next two weeks.

My xbox went along time ago. All the money went on pre-ordering the 360. Might buy a few XB games if they are BC, like Battlefront 2!

How the hell did you sell it for £150? I'm guessing you sold it with a whole host of games...

I am tempted to sell mine to fund the 360, but the daily playing of Halo 2 is holding me back. Im unsure what to do!
