Making a Get-together? READ HERE FIRST!

Get-together Rules,

If you are creating a get-together read the below

Time, date, game, format must all be included so that everyone knows when and where! An example is shown below!

EXAMPLE:

Rainbow Six Vegas this Sunday - title

Format: Xbox 360
Game Types: Sharpshooter, Attack & Defend
Maps: Various, Red and Black Map pack REQUIRED
Players: Anyone interested

Well, it was suggested here and some people seemed to like the idea.

The title example is far too long, imo... details of the time should be held within the post. Also, platform should only be used in the event of a multi-platform game. I know R6 is multiplat, but your post says "must", making the platform a given.

You even have "Game:" listed within the post after you have the game in the title of the thread, which isn't necessary.

Not meaning to have a go or anything, it needs a little changing imo considering it's suppose to be the rules of organizing a get together and is stickied.

Yeah Fair Do's I agree with the "game" part Fleeboi and title part!

Doesn't mean it won't work this time!

People don't have to use that style if they don't want to but if a new member joins up and wants to create a Get-together atleast they have a style to copy!

could the admin please delete all negative posts in this thread so people who would like to arrange a get together dont have to start another thread because everyone ruined this one..i joined this GREAT site to raise my Clans profile and meet new people to game with and there's a few funny characters in here i would love to game with.Thanks (and if you hav'nt anything nice to say dont say anything at all)

Just because it didn't work in the past doesn't meant that it won't work from now on. Being negative about it, doesn't obviously change anything.

It was a suggestion in site feedback which most people responded too quite well in that thread.

Personally I miss the gettogethers, so anything that could remotely help out and bring them back, I'm all for it.
