Resident Evil 5

Anybody else really looking forward to this game or is it just me???

Not likely to be out before 2009 capcom has stated, but looking at the trailer it should be well worth the wait.

The trailer should be on the marketplace today aswell.

also if somebody could stick the video in i would be greatful, anyways, what do you guys think??

Hmmm I havent played a Resi since Code Veronica, I really should pick up RE4 at some point but meh. Is the whole game set in that location? Shanty Africa? I hate games with locations like that, desert style places, thats why Im not the biggest fan of GRAW. I prefer populated places, cities and such.

What 2009? I think its more like end of this year or early 2008 from what I can make out. If its anything like the playability of Resident Evil 4 then it will be awesome.

the gameplay looks really intense, which is good. Ill definately be getting this, ive loved all the resi games, despite the dodgy camera in the first few

looks great as long as its not like the last games where you need to open a door but the key is on level 15 and you are on level 2 .....lol

Sorry D, but the producer reckons 'sometime before 2010', thats why i guessed 2009.

Also if you can, download the better new trailer of marketplace, it gives a much better look at the gameplay and story. and Sherry is back from Resi 2.

But is it just me or does the idea of running around a poor african shanty town shooting black people seem a little distasteful, seriously i dont think the game will get released,without some huge changes.

Great game franchise that gets better with age. Like a fine wine!

I don't find this game racist at all. Racism is the belief that one race is superior to another, this game does not have you shooting black people because they are black, it's because they are zombies.

Tom Clancy games aren't considered racist, neither should this be.

Just thought id bring up the point about a number of black people trying to get this game banned now. which is a load of racist boolox, they even have the cheek to say that all zombies should be white people!! now whos ----ing racist!
