Nintendo have made a new handheld. Dont worry if you just bought a new DS. If you thought that couldnt get any smaller well its about to
NINTENDO DS LITE is just a shortened down version to fit in the tightest of pockets. Bit like GBA to GBA SP Well links below http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/2207229.stm You mean where was I?...eh...canoeing. |

What's the obsession with companies shrinking their products?
PS2 re-released as Slimline PS2. Xbox controller re-released as a smaller version. GBA re-released as GBA Micro. And now this. Money-grabbing mofos. |

Just another way to make kids ask their parents to buy a slightly visual upgraded version even if they have one already.

I think this is pretty cool.
Depending on the price, and how much I can get for my DS, I may go buy one.... To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. |

well unless they improve the console greatly i wont be buying. i got an original one. played it for about a month and then sold it and imported a US PSP. So worth it aswell. The DS it okay i suppose but its not the best.

The PSP in my opinion is much better, not even talking about the graphics

Well I won't be getting a PSP or DS....played on both but they hurt my left hand alot, and I mean shooting pains, when trying to use the D-Pad/stick and left shoulder button....don't think they're designed for a shovel-handed Adonis

Because the point in a handheld is that it's portable.
What's the point in making a handheld if it looks like and weighs as much as a brick? In the case of portable, handheld consoles, bigger definitely isn't better. |

Plus, i'd want it so that it can fit in my pocket ideally. Why I don't own a handheld.

Id have the original DS over the new LITE though. I thought the Original was thin enough
