How To Create Foreign PSN Accounts For The PS3

Visit Frommers HERE and click on any of the restaurants names. Once you do this you'll have a valid address for your new account so enter it! That's it, congratulations you've now successfully created a foreign region PSN account for your PS3! Enjoy the spoils!

It's basically the same principle for every account that you create. You just have to change the region, email address, (language for Japanese account) and the address itself.

My example for a US account is almost the same as in the quote but step 3 would be different it would be something like this:-

Region - USA
Address - 1226 Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California, 90210 (zip code).

If people get stuck on addresses just look up some company names as suggested http://www.yellowpages.com. I wonder if Microsoft's address has been taken up for a US account?

Yep nice one, since the Japanese one is probably the most confusing one to us english reading people out there to do correctly.

As Dc said Hong Kong is in english - its what i set up on Mar 23rd and told others it gets exactly the same as japanese store and there are some demos on there - also loads of ps one games that will prob never see the light of day on our psn - shame

I'll set up an HK account later then, good to know it's English, that makes it a lot easier.

It doesn't get the same as the Japanese store because theres not a lot on there. They are different, so I've read on the Playstation Forums. The Everybody's Golf 5 one on there is a trailer and not a demo. To be quite honest it's the worst store I've come across so far.

Well theres a lot of english on it and a lot of chinese on it so it's a mixture really. Easy to do though!

Yes the Japanese PS Store is different from the Hong Kong PS Store. Best of luck understanding the japanese on the sign up!
