Well if you look closely at the images, those are some lowpoly characters, I guess they had to sacrifice graphics for units on screen, unfortunately.

It looks its like a mess, my eyes hurt already from the screenshots.

Low poly? Seeing as there's going to be 10s of thousands of these on the screen at once thats hardly suprising. These graphics are incredible for an RTS game on the scale of the Total War series. Couldn't find any large battle screenshots but here's a skirmish:

yeah this rocks i wonder if they will ever do a 360 version with mouse and keyboard support, oh and whle there at it bring out civ 4 and ufo aftershock

I am willing to bet that mouse support will -never- happen on the 360, for any title.

why not just for real time strat games then the 360 will be able to have a wide selection of those games as well

It would be a shame for 360 to support a mouse.
