Looks like MS has officially dropped the Premium Moniker from their 360 line up.

Wasnt the premium originally called the Xbox 360 Console, I dono. I Heard M$ is kissing the core goodbye is that true?

Thats what I wanted to say :(.

Anyway a moniker is slang used for something like a personal term/nickname (according to the online dictionary), I knew that anyway. But all this simply means for the people who haven't quite grasped the concept or figured it out yet is that they still sell it but they have just decided to not call it the premium anymore.

I thought they dropped the 'Premium' tag after the first batch and went for the 'Pro' after? No?....well thats what my mate had to buy a pro console from Tesco's circa March 06 when they could be bought again.

Yea but stores here didn't seem to call it the Core and Premium it was just referred to as the Xbox 360. It was in the US were that termed seem to come from, that's off the top of my head anyway.
