find a partner whos really good with either the sniper or torque bow. it took me a couple tries to beat him, just keep working on headshots. i beat him without him getting close to me because i kept getting perfect active headshots.

When you do it have a torque bow and sniper.
use the torque bow to get the bats away and then sniper him in the head

stay in the light behind the creates, the bats will eventually leave in an then fire at him with tha machine gun
