Help!! Urgent!!

My Live subsciption is going to run out, and its by credit card .... and ryt now.... i hav NO 360!!! my dad is gonna flip if we get charged so i wanted to check if i could cancel it by xbox.com......but i dont have cookies enabled??? can someone tell me what these are and how i enable them? please?

How To enable Cookies on Firefox
Go To the Options/Preferencse Pane
Then Select Privacy Tab and Check Enable Cookies

i dont have firefox, but im installing it now! i really need to cut off my live, no 360 at the mo..... :'(

You have to call them up, and even then I suspect it will take you a good hour to actually have them cancel it.

yeah i followed a few links and it said cancel service but then it show this big Help page so its probs best if i just get a redeem code and use it when i get my fookin cable replaced :@
