Recovering gamertag

Just wondering if I let someone recover my gamertag so that he can get me some achieves and I do the same for him is there any way he could get my personal information or anything along those lines? I want to do this but I also do not want to be screwed over.

you can only have your gamertag on one 360 at a time as i understand it. I moved mine from my brother to my own 360 when i bought one, now i cant log in on his, as my gamertag.
