Swifty/Vamp - your prayers have been answered - Ninja Gaiden: Sigma is up on the american playstation store for download. Just short of a gig (983MB) it looks stunning but plays better. It was always a very good looking game on the Xbox but ---- me PS3 owners wait till you see this!

Theres also a demo for Virtua Tennis 3 on aswell - those that still have a 360 and a copy of VT3 for that - why dont you compare them!

:)

EDIT - its on the Japanese store aswell....and they have a host of new ps one tiltes that may be on the way to PAL stores aswell

Well I downloaded both of them. I thought Ninja Gaiden Sigma was pretty cool (I like hack and slash games). Graphics looked great, sound good, camera controls took a bit to get used to as they aren't great (better than Genji's camera by miles though) and the character seems to have a fair few weapons and upgrades at his disposal. I may well pick this up when it comes over here (Y).

Virtua Tennis 3 was a much better demo on the PS3 compared to the 360 version in my opinion. I thought it played better and found the controller better to play with. Graphically god yet again. I wouldn't buy it though as I'm not a big tennis fan.

Ninja Gaiden is ok....was great game on the Xbox, fantastic in fact, but that was 3 years(?) ago and there isn't enough improvements made to Sigma to warrant purchasing again.

It's definitely a case of been there, done that....years ago.

So someone else agrees with me that its looks and plays miles better on the Playstation 3 - yes it doesnt have any online mode but that's cos it was made by Sega and not Sumo Digital.

But i would wait till it goes down in price then buy it - it is that good and the player mode is fantastic and goes on forever.

(Y)

But with regards to NG Sigma - yep they should have made the demo with another area within the game as its more than just a remake of an old but bloodly good game.

I've never played a Ninja Gaiden game so it was my first but I've completed the demo level where you unlock the other mission and the hard difficulty mode. I got more into last night and that huge sword is the bomb. Slashing them up left, right and centre.

As for VT3 I do agree with you :). As I say though I've only played the demos.
