I wasn't referring to you suggesting he's the next Maradona. I was just talking about the goal itself, in comparison with Maradona's similar goal. Nothing to do with how talented Messi is.

But whilst we're on the subject... yeah, he's looking very, very good for the future.

He scores one good goal and this thread has been created about him xD

Ronaldo is so much better.. Messi is a good young tallent and possibly one of the best but nothing compared to Ronaldo.

Yip Ronaldo has improved greatly over the past few seasons (Y) He now has an end Product! :D But he aint no Steven Gerrard :p

Kaka > anyone. His first touch is ----ing class. Watch him tonight. His first touch is so big, it beats a few players but the boy has the pace and acceleration to get to the ball before the opposition and more often than not will give a quality finish.

Anyway, Messi is an amazing player to, I was watching that game when it happened. Just as good as Maradonnas IMO.
