Jerks on Ebay

Ok, so I won an item on ebay on the 25th March and I still didn't recieve it, I have emailed him twice but he hasn't responded, I am going to give it until Monday but what do I do if it doesnt come, how to I sort it?

Best to Contact Ebay Support I would of thought, I assume they have a FAQ's some where I would say they are bound to have that question up there.

Ok Ill have a look for that(Y) It only cost a fiver but that is not really the point, it is the principle I think.
Edit: I found out how to do it:) I will report them on Monday if I havn't heard anything.
