I could have and should have put DOA into this equation...but that could be for another time..and it is Game V Game!
Right a good one is this....Virtua Fighter or Tekken?
Virtua Fighter - when it first hit the arcade's people where dumbstruck at firstly the 3D polygon graphics and its simplistic yet tuff gameplay. I bought a Saturn, this and an extra pad at Sega's console launch in the early 90's for a whopping £450! ouch then. It has since got better and better with every number where its at on the ps3 (and later 360) its the dogs bollocks...it looks and moves great. We also had Sony's contender albeit Namco's Tekken -which boasted better graphics at the time and it has continued to be perhaps some say the better fighter as it appears easier to play. There's no doubt Tekken is a fine franchise and its always included loads to unlock, like no3 did with it's side scrolling quest!..mint. I have just bought Tekken 5 DR through the playstation store for £6.99 and its awesome, but having said that im still a VF fan, even though it has less fighters, stages and less to unlock or do...it still reins king in my book. So what about yours?
:)
