Break up advise please!

Guys how do you break up with your girl?
I recently realised that we have nothing in common.We've been together for 3 years,and we clash like pasta and mint sauce!She's more the kind of girl who wants to go out ALL THE TIME!!! and I'm the kind of guy who just wants to sit in,watch a video and have a bit of a cuddle every now and again.I'm not a tea bag,but I think a bit of time for the 2 of us alone isnt that much to ask.
I've gotten to a point where I stay at home and play poker online,just while I wait for her to come home.And when she gets home she's usually too drunk to even get her key in the door let alone talk to me.What should I do?I love her but can't go on like this.Please help!

I was once in a relationship...............

Sorry I got sidetracked there for a moment :D. If you are unhappy just let her know. Surely you should be telling her about your thoughts on this rather than on a forum full of strangers. Half of them on here only dream about women never mind actually having a real girlfriend ;) Plastic ones don't count either guys!

I know if I was unhappy about any aspect of my relationship the missus would be the first to know.

I agree with DControl your are talking to what is relatively a group of losers on a Internet Forum and we all only dream of having a real life let alone a real girlfriend.

My Advice however is compromise, she obviously likes going out with Friends and you every so often...So do it. Then in return you'll be able to get your quite nights in front of the TV chatting, eating the usual stuff. She may also be hiding her true feelings about you so dump her before she dumps you .... Get in there first!

Nar seriously just grow some balls and have a chat. Best Solution and if neither off you are going to compromise it probably is time to call it a day. It's also a possibility that she feels that shes being forced to settle down to early, you know with your quite nights in lark and that puts extra pressure on the relationship.

Just get a blow up doll they are always there when you need them and they never let you down, but it's always good to have a spare if you get too forceful.

Well he obviously looked in the Face with the Name Thread and saw all us Hunks and thought they must have very good relationships with our pasty skin, overweight or underweight bodies and greasy hair and figured these are the guys to be giving out advice...lol

Just sit down and talk to her, air your feelings (You can cry if you want to but don't tell any of your mates you did) If she can deal with it then it may just work out. If she cannot and wants to carry on, you have to drop her gently.....

Compromise is always the best/painless solution. If he/she won't compromise in a relationship then you have nothing.

Nothing to do with the fact that you have to have a post count of 1 or more to view the links then? Thats why you'll always see some rather strange posts in certain threads. It better not be regulars creating aliases (against CM rules and regulations by the way) and from my research I have found no such evidence to support this claim so I would refute that comment :).
