Do you think that you should be able to trade your downloaded and payed for XBLA titles with other XBL users?
You have paid hard earned dosh for titles that may be sitting on your HDD yet are rarely played.
The market for Pre-owned titles is huge and the consumer generally gets a good deal out of a trade-in.
So would you like the ability to trade your XBLA titles with other users?

I've always wanted this option, bloodly hell i could get GRAW 2 for them lol...i think it would be very easy to set up in a control enviroment say FL only...or sell them back to MS!...trouble is can they be classed as used? only if achievements were unlocked on that game that was sold on, then we would see similar things that the account swappers do..people gaining points by cheating....

Except publishers and devs generally hate the pre-owned market, and probably for good reason, at least on their end. So while it might be great for us in the short term, it's bad for them, and that might also mean that less and less arcade titles get developed later on this gen, or the next generation of systems.
So I'm not sure how to answer this.

I think it's a good idea which I've never thought of before. I've always wanted to play lots of arcade title for achievements but I'm stingy and don't want to pay unless it's a game I really want (like Worms which I bought). But yeah I have Crystal Quest I haven't played in ages, would love to trade that for another live arcade game.

Yeah its a good idea(Y) I bought my mates hard drive round my house and if i put one of my arcade games on a memory card and transferred them to his hard drive and then put his hard drive in my 360 he can play the full arcade game and get achievements:D Yet when he takes his his hard drive home they turn in to trials(N) So he will have to play them on my 360.
I think it's a bad idea because of the above mentioned exploiters.

I think this would be a good idea. I finished UNO and Cloning Clyde ages ago and would like to trade them with another arcade game I haven't played like MS Pacman or Scramble I never get round to buying more ms points :(
