Acheivements on OXM discs?

....looking on my xbox profile i saw listed under games played, OXM360 with 5 acheivements giving a total of 1000 GP. I assume OXM is the Official X Box Magazine, and that this was innitiated after playing one of their free DVD's. I assume that these are a mistake of some kind, or are these acheivements, against all odds i would think, actually achievable? I'm propably sounding rather silly, but i am a tad out of the loop when it comes to such things. So would anyone care to enlighten me on this strange happening?

No, the first OXM's demo discs had the 1000 point achievement scores on them, but a lot of people complained as these added to their overall score. I remember reading something along the lines that OXM had to use the discs MS sent them or something like that, but people power came through and discs appeared without them.

Yeh it was kind of no ones fault. OXM makes there discs with MS software... funny thing was MS software wouldn't allow you to compile the disc without achievements. This got fixed later on. Sadly they will always be here... which is slightly annoying.
