An Easy 1,000!

We all know that Achievements and Gamerscore has breed a new form of gamer, a GS Whore. They have one sole interest to get the most Gamerscore and normally in the easiest way. So in an attempt to help our idiotic friends out, What would you suggest?

Give it a Score out of Ten if you can.

Just made this in another thread but might as well do it here as it has a couple easy 1000's in the list.

NBA Live 07 - Once you understand how to get the achievements it's quite easy, need to hold LB and then rotate the right analogue in a half rotation and stuff so it might be bit complicated for ya but once you understand it's quite simple. Then the other achievements are for playing with 4 people and 2 controllers ect.

NHL 2K6 - Wins the vote for easiest 1000 gamerscore points as it can be earned in 5 minutes. Use the guide and you will get 750 points easy but then people moan it's sooooo hard to get a penalty shot when really it isn't, after 10 minutes I got my first one and then I was able to get them everytime.

Kameo - Completing the story gives you 600, it's fun and not too hard I recommend.

Full Auto - Get a lot of points from this as it's quite easy (tons on the first play during the training if I remember right)

Madden 06 - If you can be arsed to play a American Football game then you will find this quite good for points, people that have never played an American Football game (such as me) were able to get 1000 Points quickly so it's really easy

Xmen - I got 1000 from this game but it was soooo crap and hard and boring. I wont recommend it but you can get 500+ gamerscore from it quite easy, just the rest gets harder.

Tony Hawk's American Wasteland - You will get 820 just for completing the story, classic mode, playing levels on live and setting high score record which is easy, last 100 points is time consuming and hard (get all the gaps) but there's 80 points for getting 100% on Classic Mode which I found easy but most people find hard.

NHL 07 - Played this a week or so ago and got 1000 from it in 2 days playing it for 11 hours. I found it furiating and annoying but it isn't too hard, get 800 points easy and then the MVP achievement in Dynasty Mode is quite annoying but using guides and stuff it is possible.


Hope that helps a bit, by the way Nintey Nine Nights is bloody hard, I was constantly sending messages to HotFishYoghurt complaining it is actually impossible to complete levels, I highly suggest you don't get this and get Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires instead as that's much easier for points. If not maybe Samurai Warriors 2 as that is easy just bloody time consuming.


Also I think you lot are being silly with your ratings, Tomb Raider is no way a 10/10 easy one Daniel as that's taking 10+ hours to get ahcievements while needing to do it on hard. In my opinion only ones worth the 10/10 mark are such as NHL 2K6 (1000 in 5 minutes) and NBA 2K6 (1000 in 30 minutes).

Prey 10/10
gives up 600+ points on completing it on "normal" difficulty - and it's a blast too, even more points if you can fight off motion sickness long enough to play online for awhile. Oh....that's 600 working through the game, NOT 600 just for completing it :)

Viva pinata is relatively easy to obtain 980 points if you know what your doing!!! ive just waiting on the 50 hours of playing achievement for the last 20 GP

Madden 2007 and 2006. Found an easy (but cheap) way to rack up a bunch if you're interested:

1, Set game time to 15 mins and difficulty to All-madden.
2, Start franchise and choose to play as all teams.
3, Start simulating whole seasons (Use the start button to avoid navigating through 17 weeks of play). Sim absolutely everything well through the 30th season. You'll get 100 Gamerscore for hitting Madden level 50, another 100 for 30 seasons, etc. etc.

This will probably take a couple times to collect all the hall of fame records and the superstar achievements are the most difficult by far. This is a bit easier to do in 06 due to the 400 point payout from just completing 30 seasons.

Probably old news but it was probably the easiest couple hundred points I've ever gotten.

COD3 also seems to be generous when it comes to handing out achievements - I havent finished it yet but it's already thrown plenty at me. Could just be that im good at it but I seriously doubt it lol

Tiger Woods 07 is not that difficult to get nearly 1000 points with, you just need the time. You will have to complete a whole season and all the tiger challenges.

i know its just new and all, but Fuzion Frenzy 2 is soo easy for 1000GS, easiest points ive ever got, maybe took 3 hours total to get em all

Levelling up each time gets you 20 for example

well as games go, i think GS points should only be game play not online play, i love playing some games but hate playing online because people are so much better than me and there's no way you can get some of the achievement set for you, less you cheat with game save. but i'm no tlike that i like to play the game and get the best of what i can do from it.

GRAW Forever!! completed it last night on Hard took 13 hrs over 4 days
if it wasn't for the stupid online achievements i'd have completed it!

fusion frenzy 2- easiest 1000 points i've ever got. Played one night with the family, got nothing. After 3 hours or so of playing on my own and online i had 1000 pts

Battlestations Midway - Seems to be throwing them at me, i get one per mission at least

Crackdown - easy to get about 700, the rest are tough
