Only to be answered by the dodgy geezers who already have Crackdown...and have played Lost Planet too.

Missus owes me a game....which one should it be in your opinion? LP single demo was great but MP didn't do it for me...Crackdown demo seemed alright but Co-Op is appealing.

It's either or....the loser to be picked up at a bargain price later on.

id say crack down but i carnt give you an opinion on the full game.


lost planet = good single player multiplayer doesnt do anything for me

That's because you havent given LP multiplayer a chance! It's a great game and a different experience than many games across live.

Soz to spam your thread MJ!...wait until Crackdown comes out i'd say but the demo is great

Havent played too much of Lost Planet, but I'd still say Crackdown (Y)

i would say lost planet, some great action in there and the MP if you give it a chance you can get used to it. the graphics are nice and its quite challenging especially on extreme.

well, imo, ( owning lp and playing crackdown demo ) they are both awesome games, but as i havent played the full crackdown id have to say that.

Lp has great mp imo, and they main game is great, arcade style fun. only downside imo, is that the points are quite easily acheived, up to a certain point.... then you try the game on extreme and get stuck on the first level .. :S

as for crackdown, wow, i loved the demo, i played it for about 2 hours then thaught id better save some for when i buy iy, lol. but as i say twas only a demo, and i havent played the mp. i guess a big plus tho would be the fact that it has the halo 3 mp beta, which realy is one hell of an incentive, but still at the mo, i would go with lost plannet

Lost Planet is kindof a letdown but Crackdown is great so go for that :)

Rented Lost planet this weekend. Great story mode coz i love huge bosses, but the online was crap

If it's any help to you, I met somebody on live playing Gears today who had 500 achievement points for Crackdown. I asked him about the game and he said it was really fun, as evidence in the demo, but it was really short and he was already back on Gears after beating the game. Keep in mind the game doesn't officially release until tommorow. I'd go LP.

it kinda depends, they are both totally diffent games. Lost Planet, i loved the demos (both of em) and the full game is a blast, and i enjoy the MP except some laggy games because there is sooooo many jaos on it. CRackdown, is great, great co op, such a laugh but the only thing that le it down was that it takes roughly 4 hours to cpmplete and get all your skills up to level 4, but it does come with Halo 3 Beta which you might want, but if not, i think LP is better value for money.

Oh yeah! - defo even if you dont pay for the express postage you get them sometimes on Thursdays...normally i pay the £4.95 and get them on Wednesday's/Thursday's.

GAME are great - i did have this on pre-order but as im not keeping my 360 now i cancelled it

I went for Crackdown, simply for it being the newer game, and it's been sent out today.

I've decided to pick Lost Planet up on the cheap or as a trade as some point.

Only rented Lost Planet but really didn't enjoy it what so ever (:/)

Been playing Crackdown since Monday (shopto posted it Saturday! :cool:)

So far its excellent! and haven't even hardly done anything apart from finding the agility orbs :Evil:

having played both id go with Crackdown. Lost Planet is good, but Crackdown is a lot of fun.
