Happy But Not Amused

I bet you were wondering what the hell this thread is about? Well I'll tell you. I was playing Rainbow 6 Vegas earlier trying to rank up a little more and I was doing a terrorist hunt on LVU Campus I opened a door and then the screen went completely black. I though eh? whats happened? has it froze? to my horror I looked at the console and saw three red lights. Noooooooooooooooooooo! please don't be broke. Its been marvelous and I've had no trouble with it. So I turned it off and then back on with no problems. Great I thought, it was just a one off. Then I proceeded to go back on R6V and start where I left off. I joined another room started playing for a couple of minutes then boom! same thing happened again. I felt like throttling somebody. So I then think the worse and think my console is dead. I come on the pc go online for a bit and then my monitor goes completely black. Unknown to me all this time some twerp at the electric board must be doing work as the whole streets power is off and then instantly turned back on. So I am happy that my 360 is ok I'm just annoyed that my electric is on and off.

I'm also happy that the power didn't go off when I typed this post!

Happened when I was playing Tiger Woods, went black I said wtf? pressed start and the screen went normal, so pressed it again to go back into the game and went black, pressed the xbox button and it worked, pressed it again and it went black, ----ing gay.

Never had any red light and I ain't tried it again, hopefully the game isn't ----ed!

I know what you mean, whenever the power goes off I lose the head, especially if it keeps doing it.

Glad your 360 is OK though.

haha they turned mine off the other week for 3 hours i couldnt do anything couldnt even make myself a cup of coffee or some toast i was lost

Yeah I've just had a couple of phone calls. Its the whole of my area thats on and off not just me. Seems as if its back to normal now though, for the time being at least.

The game is fine and so is the console w00t! :Grin:

Late on in the summer up my way they always ''test'' the electricity stations junctions and i had it all the time - 3 lights arent always the worst - it's 1 you better watch out for:zip:

RB6 is a right pain for crashing to black screens, now and again i get it all of the time or when a flashbang/grenade kills me in a small area. The game is still full of bugs
