Headset is not working (basic headset) and i have emailed microsft and asked them what i need to do and they said they need me to phone up nd tell them the problem. still under guaranty/warranty. Do they/ will they give me any agro about gettin a replacement off them? if so wen should i expect my new headset

If you still have the reciept from the store or where ever you got it you may be able to trade it there for a new one... otherwise phone them and tell them... proberly they ask you to send it to them and they will send a new one back.

If you brought the Headset separate to the Console, then take it back to the Store otherwise do as they say. If you still have proof of purchase there will be absolutely no problem, although I doubt they will ask anyway.
You would more than likely expect it so be no more than 2 weeks.

if you still have the reciept just take it back to the store you got it from the headset has a 12 month waranty so the store you got it from should replace it it happend to mine and the store replaced it straight away
