Got this game for Crimbo, and OMG!!!! t'is absolutely amazing!1 - I love it, would recommend it to anyone. And the gore is amazing!!!

It is good, though I haven't played all the chapters just some of the beginning and the last 2 which were very good.

Completed it and its a suprisingly good game. Its very scary when I play it though......no lights on in the house and the cinema surround sound system on. Its mental I can hear people shouting at me from all angles. This game is guaranteed to make you jump I have loads of times and I'm not afraid to admit it either!

Condemned is very very good. I played through it to write the review for the site here...and I truly enjoyed it...the ending was superb.

Deffo need to go back and play again... very phreaky game !!

It's not really that scary, and the mobile phone and the camra spoiles the game imo.

That part of the demo must just be the first level then, it gets much scarier later on in the game

Got the demo today...I like...very atmospheric so I'll maybe pick up it later. It'll only be a few months before all the launch titles are available 2nd hand in shops at decent prices (some shops selling for like £3 less than new right now :s)

I ended up picking this up today.

It's a good game, can be very scary/jumpy at some points.

I stopped at the bit where you go into the shopping place. I'll play some more later.

Also there are loads of achievements to be found which is cool. :cool:

Managed to finish the game the other weekend and loved every pant browning moment of it. Just started replaying it again to see if I can unlock my final 3 achievements, playing the game through with just melee weapons is going to be difficult in places.

I think the propaganda reports are built after you collect a certain amount of metal pieces, played through the game again last night and got 2 metal pieces I missed out in the first level on my first go through and I unlocked the first propaganda report after finding them

If you look for the walls on any level that have all those weird eye things drawn all over them like you see in the first crime scene in the first level(although I dont think there is any on that wall) first one I found was in a little room near the start when your on your just after you go up the stairs after killing the first guy and the other one is where there is a ng hallway and you have a hallucination where not much happens apart from it going darker and hearing noises, youll see another wall in front of you with eyes on it and theres one there but I still have one more to find on that level. Hope that helps

the Silver Bird awards are given for every level, and you receive them when you find all six dead birds on a level. The Gold bird award is given once you have found every single dead bird in the game (60 in total).

As someone else mentioned the Propaganda reports are unlocked as you collect a certain amount of metal plates. There are 3 per level to find. Not sure how many you need for each report but I got the last two reports when I replayed a level that I knew I hadn't got all 3 metal plates, and once I found the last two plates, I unlocked the last two Propoganda reports. So you'll need to have 29/30 and 30/30 to get the last two propoganda achievements.

Christ, looks like i'll have some searching to do - I normally have all on to find 1 bird and 1 metal piece. Might have to search a round for a guide on where they are all are on Google. :D

Ok, so that girl has just been taken, my objective is find the server room, because she might be in there. But I have no idea where it is. I have looked everywhere, on both floors. I have opened everydoor, looked round every corner, and I can't find the room. Can someone help please?

Even if you don't know exactly where it is, do you know what floor it is on?

Cant remember exactly where you go but it should be on the same floor that she was taken on, pretty sure I just followed the corridor roun untill I got to a hall with a door that needed a fire axe to get through and down the corridor opposite there was a door that lead to the server room and you can see rosas phone inside but the door is locked. Some addicts should now come through fireaxe door, you head through there and kill alot of guys and one of them eventually drops something to open the door like a crowbar or sledgehammer and now you can go back and unlock the door. sorry I cant be more specific as to where that is but I cant remember it too well

What you need to do is get to that bit where the guy fire axes the door open for you, turn right befoe you enter that door, go to the room on the left half-way down that corridor. Then, you open a locker in there...then you go back through that door that got fire axed open, kill all the guys, look for the crowbar, go backwards and go to those metal doors just near the fire axed door, and crowbar them open....that should be all. :)

did anybody think the gore on the last level was cool i liked the way you can do finishing moves as well and the final finishing move is gory as hell and i love it.

I think the other one is upstairs in a cuboard in a small room but im not totally sure. If you just go back to the start of the level where the four lines begin and follow each of them to find out what one you havent followed yet

If you only got 530 of the points the first time there's obviously at least the other 470 to get on a second time through, might not be enough of a reason for you to play it again though.

Stuck on Condemned, I'm at the part where you find the T.V behind the big red Barrel, I killed all of those crawling dudes and broke the fence with the shovel and everything but I don't know where to go from here.

Sorry to post as im not interested...but did you have any problems with getting a few final achievements?

Like the Gold Bird award and the 3rd and Fourth Propaganda reports? Because there are glitches for them and I couldn't get them. You can see that I have silver birds on every level so I should rightfully have gold, lol.

If you play the game through from beginning to end, using the 'continue' option when you have to stop, you'll get the achievements if you collect all the birds and metal. If you missed some whilst playing through fully then it stops you getting the all of the achievements (some reports and gold bird award), so loading specific chapters and picking up the items won't unlock the achievements. This is only for birds and metal.

Weapon achievements can be gained by loading specific chapters and then using the weapons, same with evidence but make sure you complete the chapter as soem only register at the end.

any other questions ask me...I'm now a Condemned master!!

Then you did it wrong...must have. I can't say how..but you did. I've read lots of people who didn't get it did what I said up there and then got it no probs....maybe your 360 got fed up with you pimping it out for gamerscore and rebelled?

There is 10 level's, however 1 of them is very short and only takes about 5 minutes.

I would say, in a good session you could have it done in 6/7 hours. That's just the story.

If you wanted go back for birds and metal pieces you looking at doubling that!

I just completed it after just over 6 hours, but wtf I barely got any achievements, not that I want them but I sitll don't get it, reports? ain't picked up a single one, silver birds, huh? all I get is 5 birds, never the full 6, but I don't go looking for them.

Gold detective badge? I didn't get a level 10 chapter award for finishing it, but I continued the same chapter to kill the serial killer guy after I let him live the first time.

You don' get the achievements how you are thinking.

You will get a silver bird award (achievement) on each level for getting all 6 birds on it. Then, if you get all birds, you will get the gold bird award. For the propognda reports you need to collect all the metal pieces...3 on each level (I THINK). Then for the Detective badge you need to pick up every piece of evidence.

To get the reports you have to collect the Metal Pieces in order...so if you decide you want them you'll have to play through the entire game again! It won't work loading up the chapters individually...same goes for the Golden Bird.

If you missed the 'collect all evidence' award..then load up chapter 2...play through until you get to the part where you move the cabinet BEFORE you move it, look to the left of it and you'll find scratches on the floor....that's the only piece of evidence you aren't prompted to find so is almost always missed!
