Hi there,
I was just wondering if I'd be able to use my Netgear Wireless Router along with a Netgear WG111T Wireless USB Adapter on the Xbox 360?

I'm pretty sure you can use any router & wireless adapter that has a standard ethernet (RJ45) connector to plug into the 360 and not USB.
There'll be better people here to help you soon, I'm not too up on networking stuff.

I'm not too sure how well the 360 recognises USB Networking hardware, so I can't really help you with that one...but if you dont want to buy the official 360 wireless adapter, you can always use an access-point and hook it up to the 360's ethernet port, then set it up to bridge with your wireless router. See if you can find some tutorials on on the net on how to bridge two Access points as I don't really know how to do it off the top of my head, but that's your alternative right there..
