Adding music to my 360 Hard-Drive?

Can someone tell us how to do this? I want to add my new Hard-Fi CD to my 360 Hard-Drive, and then play the CD while playing on N4S: MS or soemthing, can somone please tell me how?

just put the cd on, the on the media player choose rip cd and its done.
when your playing push X on the controller nad scroll down to select music and you can play it from your pc or HDD.

I was going to say it should be just like how you'd do it on the original xbox. Still haven't got around to ripping any tracks onto mine yet.

If I have some music on my PC I want to put onto the hard drive...

Can I put the music onto a CD then put the CD in the 360 and do it that way?

yup burn the songs onto a cd and put in the 360 and hit rip and your good to go.

I put my ipod in the 360 but it didn't play and it woudn't rip to the 360 either!

I don't think you can rip songs from your IPod to your HardDrive. for the other problem check in the music section of the media blade, the name of your IPod should appere on the list where it used to say portable divices, if it doesnt then make sure it is connected properly.

Is it actually worth me putting songs onto the 360? I can't see the point when I have a perfectly good CD player?

you should try to connect the 360 with your pc
