Isnt there some marketplace where you can buy demos of games and downloads all at once with the credit card you submit? I mean the demos think sounds so sweet =D

I'm looking forward to the Marketplace. Thing is, you need the hard drive to save the downloads to -- another reason to buy the Premium edition.

The big DLs I guess like Maps. But I think the little stuff like Weaponry ( Please to god they do DLs like this in nex-gen =D ), and maybe some demos would be able to get on a memory unit.

Even though some probably would fit on a memory unit, I still think the HDD is required for the Marketplace. I could be wrong though -- I haven't read much about the Marketplace.

A game demo would have to be utter crap to fit on a single memory unit (that is assuming the memory unit has game saves on it).

Yea, you need a HDD to download anything from Xbox Live. The only thing the memory unit can do is store your account info. And i think you need Xbox Live Gold to access the Marketplace, though I may be wrong.

Silver actually.

Silver - Market Place and something else I cant remember.

Gold - Everything

A Silver account allows you to access the Marketplace, send text and video messages/chat, and play MMORPGs online (game fees apply).

I was unaware that Oblivion was even a MMORPG. I thought it was just a RPG.

Egad! Thornbag, you should know these things. You're an editor for an Xbox 360 site, and the Marketplace is a key feature to the new Live. :o Shame on you. :p

Yeh oblivion is solely a RPG game. Wouldn't be to good if it was an MMORPG. Thats why we have FF11 and a whole load of new MMORPG's being made for the 360!

Marketplace will be a great way of getting unaware gamers to buy ****loads of stuff for their XBOX 360. I wonder how many kids will be in trouble come new year when they realise their kid has spent a bomb on downloads on their credit card ;)

Since one level PC demos are usually around 700 megs I doubt you'll get demos on the memory unit ;).

But the marketplace will be cool, free demos all the time.

I think it goes with points you get from gaming. Lets say you won a match in some online game, got like 10 pts. And dls are around 500-1000+ pts. I think thats how it works, or you can jsut pay for them.

I'm sure the demos are free.

Why would they make you pay for something they want advertised?

Spark Fx

yeah you can get points like that but you can also go to store, most likely a game retailer, and buy credits. I read this in one of my gaming magazines.

hehe if i bought anyting my mum would kill me so i hope we can use points and buy credits and i suppose if u get credits for beating games on harder difficulties and unlocking more stuff then its and incentive to replay games that have gotten old i suppose

Demos and stuff are free, but if they decide to have points for ceertain things, I would love if when you played online you could win points and exchange them for stuff.
